First, I think most people are financially motivated. A lot of people bite at the cheap oil change so they can save money. Most people think, "What does it matter? If it's a dealership with a lot of high paid technicians, you'll find a LOT of push to sell you $200-$300 in maintenance or repairs at every visit. They have to pay for those guys somehow, and they need to bait you into coming in. How about a ridiculous low oil change price?
