As our website states, we come to you. But what does that mean and what do we do? We know that every vehicle on the road requires oil changes. Everyone who owns a car knows that they need to do oil changes. The question becomes, where do you go and why? First, I think most people are financially motivated. A lot of people bite at the cheap oil change so they can save money. Most people think, "What does it matter? An oil change is an oil change, right?" The answer to that is double-edged. Yes and no. Yes, no matter where you go, oil is drained and a filter is removed. New oil is installed and a new filter is installed. Boom, you're done! No, it's not always done correctly. The drain plug that is removed and reinstalled at every service becomes worn. This should be inspected at each service. Also, if it is overtightened, it can damage the oil pan. This can lead to the need for additional repairs. Second, not all cars take the same oil. Using an improper oil can cause premature gasket or internal component failure. While oil brands can be argued, oil viscosity and grade should always be properly considered.
Third, the consideration of the person working on your vehicle. It stands to reason that if the place you go to barely charges you anything for an oil change, what are they paying the guy who's doing it? What is his motivation to provide a quality service to your vehicle? If it's a dealership with a lot of high paid technicians, you'll find a LOT of push to sell you $200-$300 in maintenance or repairs at every visit. They have to pay for those guys somehow, and they need to bait you into coming in. How about a ridiculous low oil change price? So, you might ask yourself, what makes us any different? Homework. After working as a service advisor and manager of auto repair for about 15 years, it occurred to me that it was time for a change. What if we could provide a service that was necessary, affordable, convenient but still profitable to the provider. Let's be honest, if a company isn't profitable, they can't provide anything. They won't be in business. That's where Mobile Service Pros comes in. We are ASE certified in light maintenance and repair. We constantly are staying informed on industry changes for your vehicles. As we observe important changes, we share them with our customers so that they can be informed. We are fully insured. Our service comes to you, where ever is most convenient for you! It really means no waiting! Not even a '15 minute or less' wait! NO WAIT AT ALL! NO INTERFERENCE WITH YOUR DAILY LIFE! All you have to do is everything you already do. We come to you and provide the necessary maintenance on site. Here's an example, you go to work and schedule an oil change with us. We come to your workplace and get your keys from you or a designated person, like a receptionist. We go out and professionally change the oil and filter as well as performing a complete inspection of your vehicle. If we notice something that should be addressed, a picture is taken and sent to you by text or email. Instead of a phone call to try to pressure sell you, you receive a notification that you view and respond to with a simple yes or no. When completed, we return your keys and send you an electronic invoice. This can be paid right online. Simple. Done. Service completed. You didn't wait in line. You didn't wait in a waiting room. You didn't wait for a 'courtesy shuttle'. You didn't wait for a ride. You didn't wait in a line of people just to pay your bill. You just kept working with minimal interference. The same situation could be applied at home. Spend time with your family, not at a repair center of quick lube. Let us handle your vehicle services and you'll be pleased with the convenience. So give us a try and see how easy it can be!
